We will customize your workout based on your needs and goals and chart your progress each visit. We monitor blood pressure, body fat and your nutrition plan.
Try the exercises, group classes,apparel, shoes or equipment that interests you first before you decide on exactly what you want.
Contract at least 6 sessions to obtain discounts but one appointment can teach you more than you can imagine. |

Let us maintain and sanitize your pool while saving you money. Our trained Certified Pool Operators will test and sign off on your chemical balancing on a weekly basis, which is required by all counties in the states of Georgia and Florida.
We are direct manufacturers representatives so you do not have to go through a middleman. Any product or equipment made for your pool is available.
We sell all products including Saline Chlorine Generation Systems, UV Systems, and all type of automatic feed systems which will reduce your chemical costs considerably.
Most Repairs will be made within 24-48 hours depending on the parts needed.
We sell pre-manufactured Therapy Pools and Swim Spas that can be installed directly into your basement, garage, back-yard, sunroom or porch.
