Sharon
Smith-Lamb is the Director of S.S. Water Fitness & Therapy Specialists.
Sharon has
served as a fitness trainer and consultant for various county facilities,
hospitals, schools, health clubs and special needs groups. She is active in
developing aquatics with privately owned facilities for physicians and
therapists as well as for various county departments of aging through human
services.
Sharon is also an active member of the
Florida and Georgia Recreation and Parks Associations.
Sharon's experience includes being an Instructor
Trainer, the Aquatic Program Director for the Fulton County Extended Hours
Fitness Programs, the
Dekalb
County
Lou
Walker
Senior
Center, Aquatic manager at The Atlantic Beach & Tennis Club, Hammock Dunes Club,
as well as various other locations where her instructors deliver Arthritis
Foundation Aquatics Program classes.
Sharon
is also a Red Cross Lifeguard Trainer, CPR Instructor, Water Safety
Instructor, Water Fitness Instructor and Trainer and Certified Pool
